This is available on Facebook’s inbox app as well as on the desktop version. On the desktop, this inbox appears after clicking on the message box while you can also see this filter inbox on the mobile app, Facebook Messenger app.
Messages of unknown people on Facebook go into automatic spam filters. You can see the messages of your friends and family in either inbox or ‘other’ inbox.

By going to the setting on Facebook Messenger, clicking on ‘People’ will see the option of ‘message request’. You will get the option of ‘See Filted Requests’ just below it, by clicking on which you will be able to see these messages on Facebook.
This inbox of Facebook can be seen even after expanding ‘More’ in the upper left corner when going to the message tab on the desktop. Similarly, you can see the message option in a browser on mobile as ‘See Filted Messages’. However, most of the messages found in this option are spam.
