The Nearby Share feature comes with Android 6.0 or above the Android version. Till now, this feature is present in everyone’s phone. If you have not used this feature till now, first of all know where it will be present in your Android phone.
– First go to Settings and select Google by scrolling.
After this, click on Device Connections, you will get the Nearby Share option by scrutinizing here.
– Tap on Nearby Share and then customize the settings.
– You can turn it on or turn it off. To use this feature, you have to choose your device name as well as Google account.
Nearby Share: How to Use and Transfer Files
First of all, tap on the file you want to share and then click on the shares icon.
– Now you have to click on the Nearby Share option.
After this, your phone will start searching the nearest device.
– Make sure that the Nearby Share feature is on the device with which you are trying to share the file.
– After detecting the phone, you have to tap in the name of that phone. During this time, the receiver will also have to accept the file.
– Only after this the file will start sharing and the process will be completed shortly.
