First of all open WhatsApp, then go to the menu and click on the setting. Go to ‘Chats and Calls’ after going to Settings. Tap on ‘Chats and Calls’ and go to the call setting and click on the checkbox seen in front of ‘low data use’ (low cost of data during WhatsApp calling).

It is worth noting that by enabling this feature of WhatsApp, your internet bill will be cut. But you may have to compromise with call quality.
