How to do Online E‑kyc?

• Install the ‘Mera EKYC’ app and ‘Aadhaar Factord’ app in your mobile phone.
• Now enter your location and other important information.
• Now enter your Aadhaar number and captcha code, after which OTP will come on your registered mobile number.
• Enter this OTP and proceed.
• Now select the ‘Face E-KYC’ option.
• The camera will turn on after asking for permission.
• Now click your photo according to the guidelines given and tap on the ‘Submit’ button.
• With this, your EKYC will be updated.

How to do offline e-kyc?

• Go to the nearest FPS (Fair Price Shop) or CSC center.
• Take ration cards and Aadhaar cards.
• Food shopkeepers on the E-POS machine will enter the Aadhaar number, biometric (fingerprint or iris).
• After successful verification you will get a receipt or slip.
