The Whatsapp Mute Video feature is quite beneficial, as before this, users had to resort to other video editing apps to mute audio from the video, but now you can do a pinch while putting such a status or while sending the video.
As we mentioned that the Mute Video feature is currently available for Whatsapp Beta 2.21.3.13 version. If you have an old beta version, we will advise you to update the first app. By following the few steps mentioned below, you can muted the audio of videos or videos uploaded to other contacts sent to other contacts.
How to Mute Audio from Videos on WhatsApp
1. If you are putting a status, first open Whatsapp and go to the Status tab.
2. Now click on My Status and do it on the uploaded video. If you want to record a new video, tap and hold on the recording button.

3. Now you will have an editing window in front of you. The video above the video trimming bar will see the audio icon to the left. You have to click on this icon and your video will be muted.
4. If you want to mute the video sending a contact, first open the chat and select the video by tapping on the camera icon or attached icon below.
5. Now you will have an editing window. Here too, you have to tap on the audio icon just below the trimming bar. By doing this, the contact will have only videos without audio.
