Dell XPS 16, XPS 14, Alienware M16 R2, Inspiron 14 Plus Price in India
Dell XPS 16 (9640) starts at Rs 2,99,990 in India, while XPS 14 (9440) has an initial price of Rs 1,99,990. Dell’s Alienware M16 R2 (7440) starts at Rs 1,49,999, while Inspiron 14 Plus is priced at Rs 1,05,999.
The updated laptops will be available on the company’s official website, DES and other retail shops in the country. The sale of the Dell XPS model will begin from April 25, while Alienware M16 R2 and Inspiron 14 Plus are currently available for purchase.
Dell XPS 16, XPS 14 Specifications
The Dell XPS series Windows 11 comes with several AI-based features including Copylot and Touch Function Ro. The Dell XPS 16 lineup is the most premium option and can be configured with Intel Core Ultra 9 Series processor and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 graphics. Its previous XPS 15 models have been claimed to give better performance. Meanwhile, the small Dell XPS 14 NVIDIA GEFORCE supports the Intel Core Ultra 7 Series processor with RTX 4050 GPU.
Dell XPS 16 has a 16.3-inch 4K+ (2,400×3,840 pixels) OLED display while XPS 14 gets a 14.5-inch OLED screen with 3.2K+ resolution. The display of both laptops offers a refresh rate and dolby vision up to 120Hz. In addition, the company’s eyesafe technology reduces harmful blue lights and takes care of the comfort of the eyes. The laptop frame is made of aluminum and the display has a Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The laptop features glass touchpad with haptic feedback.
The laptop consists of 3D stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos and Waves Maxodio tuning. Dell XPS 14 has an 8W quad-speaker design and Wi-Fi 6E connectivity while Dell XPS 16 has a 10W quad-speaker design with Wi-Fi 7 connectivity. These include full-HD (1080 pixels) webcam.
Dell has a 99.5Whr battery in XPS 16, which supports 130W fast charging via USB Type-C port, while DELL XPS 14 has 69.5WHR cell and gets 60W charger.
Dell Alienware M16 R2 Specifications
The gaming-centric Alienware M16 R2 Windows runs on 11 Pro and gets a 16-inch QHD+ (1,600 x 2,560 pixels) display with 240Hz refresh rate, 300 NITs peak brightness and 16:10 displays. It is compatible with Intel Core Ultra 9 185h CPU and NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 4070 GPU with TGP of 140W and total performance power up to 175W. It has dual channel DDR5 memory up to 64GB and PCIE NVME M.2 SSD storage option up to 8TB.
Dell Alienware M16 R2 brings 14 percent larger touchpad compared to the previous model. It also provides full-HD webcam equipped with IR and HDR support for facial identification. The laptop supports Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos Tech and introduces Cryo Technology of alienware for thermal management during the Intens Gaming session. It also brings Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity.
The Alienware M16 R2 has a new stealth mode feature that allows users to set the machine performance on silent mode by pressing FN+ F2. This turns off Alienfx lighting and transforms the keyboard backlight into white.
It provides a 90WHR six-cell lithium-ion battery with the support of 240W GAN or 280W Standard AC charging options. Its measurement is 23.5×249.4×363.9 mm and weighs about 2.55 kg.
Dell Inspiron 14 Plus Specifications
Dell Inspiron runs on 14 Plus Windows 11 and has a 14.0 inch 2.2K (1,400×2,240 pixels) display with 16:10 aspect ratio and 300 nits brightness. It can be configured with Intel Core Ultra 7 155h CPU, Intel Arc GPU with 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB M.2 PCIE NVME SSD storage.
Dell has equipped Inspiron 14 Plus with Fingerprint Reader with full-HD webcam, backlit keyboard and Windows Hello support. It also includes a touchpad. The laptop has a 64Whr battery with 100W charging.
