Two-Factor Authentication is a security layer that protects your WhatsApp account from unwanted access. After turning on this feature, whenever a new device will try to login to your Whatsapp account, it will have to enter 6-Digit PIN which you will only know. That is, getting your mobile number and OTP will not be enough for a hacker.
Whatsapp themselves have also advised users to turn on this feature. Because in recent months, Whatsapp account hacking cases have increased, where people lost their account through fraud calls and fishing links.
How to turn on WhatsApp to two-factor authentication?

- Now tap on Settings (Settings) option
- Then go to the Account (Account) section

- Set a 6-digit pin that you remember
- If you want, add an email address to help you forget the passcode.
- Tap on Done – Now your Two -Factor Authentication is active
If you have ignored this feature till now, do not delay now. It is better than regret after the account is hacked and secure your data, chats and privacy.
