What is solar eclipse
Solar eclipse is the position when the moon comes between the Sun and the Earth. Due to this, the image of the sun behind the moon is covered for some time, it is called solar eclipse. At the same time, in the lunar eclipse, the Moon falls in its illustration just behind the Earth.
The solar eclipse on 29 March 2025 will not be seen in India. Another solar eclipse is scheduled to take place on 21 September next year. That too will not be visible in India. The possibility of a good solar eclipse in India is being made on 21 May 2031. It will be an Annular Solar Eclipse, in which about 28.87% of the sun will not appear. Time and Date report states that the best view of eclipse will appear in the cities of Kerala and Tamil Nadu.
Kochi, Alappuzha, Chalkudi, Kottayam, Thiruwalla will be the major cities from where the spectacular view of the eclipse will appear.
Solar eclipse should not be seen with naked eyes. The use of normal sunglas for eclipse is also not enough. Eclipse should be used exclusively to be used, which are ISO 12312-2 international standard. The eclipse should not drive a car wearing a chashma. This can cause problems in driving. Apart from solar eclipse, two lunar eclipses will also be seen next year.
